MATTICE DE SCHAGT

Mattice De Schagt graduated magna cum laude in 2022 as a Master of Law at the University of Ghent. He has a penchant for everything related to Intellectual Property, privacy and data protection and consumer law. During his master years he therefore tried to specialize as much as possible in that matter. 

 

As legal counsel to Mr. Franklin, he will mainly focus on IP-related files, as well as on GDPR issues and internal GDPR audits. In addition, broader corporate law will also be part of his duties. 

 

In his spare time, Mattice doesn't sit still. Literally. Sport has played a central role throughout his life. He has been playing tennis at a competitive level since he was four years old and with his twenty years of tennis experience he is also active as a trainer. During the winter months - when the amount of tennis is reduced to a minimum - you can find him on his mountain bike in the mud or in the Ardennes. When he is not playing sports, he prefers to relax in the company of his family and scout friends.
